You can't go wrong with Greg, he's knowledgeable, experienced, and easy to work with. He will get you the most that he can for your house. I had him come over to advise us on what to do to the house to get ready to sell, we did it and ended up get 30k more than I thought we would and I didn't end up spending money on unnecessary work. He referred us to an agent for our home purchase since we were moving outside his area and the agent he referred us to was key in getting us the perfect house.

Greg did a fabulous job of marketing and selling my mother's home! He was very professional. I am a caregiver for my mother with medical issues and it is difficult to travel with her. Greg provided numerous ways to accommodate our unique situation by using Zoom or by going out of his way to meet us either at my home or a more convenient place for us as well as reviewing and signing documents securely online. I felt well cared for in his hands and would highly recommend him!
